ASIANSCREENS NEEDS YOUR HELP! |
As many of you realize, our site has not been functional for weeks now. To be more specific, there have been changes in the industry that are affecting our ability to process payments. Limitations have bene placed on our PayPal account such that we can't even issue refunds with it.
We are now in a position that we must humbly ask for your help.
- If you don't reside in the U.S., there's not much we can ask except that you resume shopping with us once we have resolved our problems.
- BUT if you do reside in the U.S., we ask that you please continue to order with us by making payment using money orders and checks. Remember... we'll give you two free single-disc DVDs if you pay for at least 5. Plus, we wish to now offer you the option to pay by COD (Collect on Delivery) for orders of $100.01 or more.
How would COD work? Once you let us know you wish to pay COD, we will ship out your order in advance of receiving payment. Your order will be mailed to you and when you receive it, you can give the postal delivery employee cash, check or a money order. Here is a further breakdown of the options:
- Cash: The USPS will turn your cash payment into a money order. Unfortunately, you will need to pay them a fee for doing this. For a money order up to $500, the fee is $2.55. The money order would be mailed to us by the USPS.
- Check or money order: Basically, you would hand over a check or money order that's payable to UpNext, Inc. The check or money order would then be mailed to us by the USPS.
IMPORTANT: Please note that if you're not present when a COD parcel is delivered, a missed delivery notice will be left for you and then your local post office will hold your parcel for pickup for up to 10 days. You would then need to go to the post office specified on the notice and make payment there.
Have more questions about COD? Email us at [email protected] or visit the USPS at https://faq.usps.com/s/article/Collect-on-Delivery.
We hope those of you who are in a position to help us will give us a hand. We really hate having to ask, but as they say, desperate times call for desperate actions.
Thank you for having reading this far! If you have any questions or suggestions for us, please feel free to email us.
Cheers,
AsianScreens
