| DVD REQUEST: INTRODUCTION |

For You?
If you are a repeat customer and there are titles you did not find on our site that you would like for us to make available, this might be for you. As a bonus, for each title you purchase through our DVD Request Section, you will receive your choice of a DVD currently sold on our site (that is of $10.00 value). Please read on for more details.
Request Guidelines
- You may submit to us a list of up to 8 titles. Our submission form contains fields for 5 primary and 3 alternate selections in order of preference, but we will nonetheless send you pricing/availability information for all titles. Our online request form contains fields for identifying information (e.g. production studio name, product ID). It is especially important that you provide a link to each title's cover where indicated on the form as this will greatly assist us in processing your request.
- Upon receiving your request, we will send you an email within 7 days containing the following:
- Information on which titles are available.
- A secure payment link.
- In the event we are unable to obtain any titles on your behalf, you may submit a new request.
- Please DO NOT request DVDs released within the past 3 months as there is a chance we will get them in stock.
- Effective Jan. 5, 2010, we will no longer place a restriction on the length of movies submitted. They may be 120 minutes, 240 minutes or even longer.
- All DVDs you request and subsequently purchase from us will be made available on our site.
- AsianScreens.com will not fulfill requests for titles which we feel will not fit in with existing content. Among other things, we will evaluate their themes, the popularity of their starring actresses and check to see if the producing studios are among those we regularly offer titles from.
How Much?
- Titles you request must be specially ordered through our vendor and so their cost WILL be expensive. We do try our best to ensure that prices are not more than what they would be in Japan, but we cannot guarantee this. We will email you a quote upon compiling a list of available titles.
- The cost of shipping is currently $6.00.
How Do I Get Bonus Titles?
- For each DVD you purchase using our DVD Request Section, you may choose 1 DVD (of $8.00 value) currently listed for sale on our site. Upon receiving your payment, we will email you to ask for your selections of free titles.
Packaging
Packaging varies by country as follows:
- If you are in the U.S., you will receive DVDs that are rewrapped and come complete with cases and covers/inserts. Please note that in order to view them, you will need a player that is either region-free or otherwise compatible with region 2 discs.
- If you are outside of the U.S., you will receive plain DVDs WITHOUT cases, covers or inserts.
